A freelancer hands you a zip file. An agency hands you an invoice. Neither is there when the payment gateway breaks on a Sunday.
We wrote a long, sourced guide on what websites cost in Pakistan. The question buyers kept getting wrong wasn't price. It was who fixes the thing in month six.
So the studio is built around that. The same people who write the code hold the SSH key, the DNS and the backups.
It isn't a bigger team than the alternatives. It's a smaller one that doesn't hand the work off.

Quoted from the written scope, before work starts. If the scope changes, we price the change first.
Monthly for the running
Hosting, backups, updates and small fixes as one monthly fee, so nothing is billed by surprise.
Outside Pakistan?
We quote in US dollars, pounds, dirhams or riyals at the day's rate and agree the payment method on the quote.

Before you get in touch.
Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?
Yes. We're on Pakistan time, UTC+5, so a UK morning is our early afternoon and the Gulf is an hour or two behind us. Calls from the US usually happen in our evening. Calls are booked at a time that suits you.
How long does a typical build take?
A business site is usually a few weeks. A portal or an app takes longer, and the written scope gives you a date rather than a guess. We don't take jobs that must go live this week.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Usually, yes. We look at it first, tell you what we found, and quote the fix separately from any new work.
What happens after launch?
Anything we built that breaks in the first 30 days, we fix free. After that you can keep us on a monthly fee for hosting, backups and upkeep.

Bring the problem rather than the spec. Half the calls we take end with a smaller build than the caller expected, and we'd rather say that on a call than after an invoice.
