AI receptionist for hotels Β· Pakistan
Every room enquiry answered, even at 2 am.
Guests call from the motorway, late at night, in the middle of the season rush. Awaaz picks up your hotel's SIM and WhatsApp calls in Urdu, gives rates and availability, holds the room and sends the booking to you on WhatsApp.
Sample call recreated with Awaaz's real voice. The business name is a placeholder.
Awaaz by OMA Tech Studio is an AI receptionist for Pakistani hotels, guest houses and resorts. It answers calls on the hotel's own SIM number and on WhatsApp, in Urdu and English, 24 hours a day, gives room rates and availability from the details the hotel sets, takes booking requests and sends each one to the owner or manager on WhatsApp. Plans start at Rs 15,000 a month for 300 minutes of calls.
What guests ask, and what Awaaz says.
Hotel calls repeat all season: rates, rooms, parking, the road. The front desk answers them while checking someone in. Awaaz answers every one on the first ring.
“Family room available hai is weekend?”
Answers from the availability you've given it, asks how many guests and which nights, and takes the booking request.
“Room ka rent kitna hai?”
Gives the rates you've set, with or without breakfast, weekday or weekend. It won't make up a discount.
“Parking hai? Heater hai?”
Answers from your list of facilities: parking, heating, Wi-Fi, room service, the view.
“Raasta kaisa hai, barf to nahi?”
Gives the directions you've written and says it'll pass the question to the manager if it doesn't know today's road conditions.
“Advance kaise bhejna hai?”
Tells your payment method, like bank transfer or Easypaisa, and says the details will follow on WhatsApp.
“Manager se baat karwa dein”
Doesn't argue. It says the manager will call back and sends you a red WhatsApp alert with the number.

The manager sees every booking before the guest arrives.
Each booking request lands on your WhatsApp with the guest's name, number, room type, nights and number of guests. Undecided callers come through as yellow leads; big groups and anyone who wants the manager come through in red.
Awaaz doesn't confirm a room on its own unless you want it to. By default it holds the request and your staff confirm it, so you never get a double booking in peak season.
- Answers calls on your existing SIM number and on WhatsApp
- Every call recorded, with a written transcript in your dashboard
- Missed calls called back within about 2 minutes
- Only says what you've given it: your fees, timings and address
How we set it up for a hotel
- We take your hotel details: room types, rates by season, facilities, check-in times, directions and how guests pay the advance.
- We set it up online on the number printed on your booking sites and signboards, over a WhatsApp video call. It works the same in Murree, Swat, Naran or Lahore.
- Booking requests start coming in on WhatsApp and in your dashboard, usually within a few days.
Why hotels lose bookings on the phone
Most hotel calls come in the evening and at night, when families are planning the trip or already on the road. In season, the one person on the front desk is checking guests in, not answering the phone. A guest who can't get through calls the next hotel on Google Maps.
Awaaz also calls back missed calls within about 2 minutes, so a guest who hung up after a few rings still hears from you before they book somewhere else.
FAQ
Hotel owners ask first.
Can an AI receptionist take hotel bookings in Pakistan?
Yes. Awaaz answers your hotel's SIM and WhatsApp calls in Urdu and English, gives room rates and availability from the details you set, and takes booking requests. Each request goes to you on WhatsApp so your staff can confirm it.
Does it work on our Jazz, Zong, Ufone or Telenor number?
Yes. It answers the SIM number guests already call, plus WhatsApp calls on your business WhatsApp. You don't need a new number or a PBX.
Can it handle different rates for weekends and the season?
Yes. Give it your weekday, weekend and peak-season rates, and any packages with breakfast or dinner. It quotes the right one for the dates the guest asks about.
What if the hotel is fully booked?
Tell it which dates are full and it says so politely, offers other dates and still sends you the guest's number as a lead.
Do you need to visit the hotel for setup?
No. We set it up online over a WhatsApp video call, so it's the same for a hotel in the hills or in the city.
What does it cost?
Awaaz is Rs 15,000 a month for 300 minutes or Rs 25,000 for 700 minutes, plus a one-time setup of Rs 15,000 to 20,000. See how that compares with a salaried receptionist.
