SaaS and MVP development from people who run their own.
We build software products that many customers pay for, starting with the smallest version that proves the idea. Then we keep the servers, backups and releases going, because that's where most products quietly fail.

Start with the MVP
Most SaaS ideas die from building too much before anyone pays. We start by finding the one job your product must do well for its first ten customers, and we build that. Sign-up, the core feature, a simple admin view and a way to collect payment. Everything else waits until real users ask for it.
What a SaaS build includes
- Accounts and teams: sign-up, login, password reset, and inviting colleagues.
- Separate data per customer, so one client never sees another's records.
- Plans and billing: free trials, monthly plans and limits per plan.
- An admin panel for you, showing customers, usage and payments.
- A mobile app when your users live on their phones, built in Flutter.
- Hosting, backups and monitoring from the first day, not added after the first outage.
We ship our own products
Invoe, our invoicing app, has free and premium tiers and is live on Google Play. DealNama has a 30-day free trial and is going through Google's closed testing. Building and publishing our own products taught us the unglamorous parts: store policies, pricing tiers, backups, updates, and what users actually use.
What drives the cost
- Scope of the MVP. The tighter the first version, the faster and cheaper it ships.
- Web, mobile or both. Each platform adds screens and testing.
- Billing. Local, international, or both, and which gateways accept your business.
- Running costs. Servers, email, storage and third-party APIs are monthly, and they grow with users.
You get a written price for the MVP before building starts, and a separate monthly figure for running it.
FAQ
Questions people ask first.
What is the difference between custom software and SaaS?
Custom software is built for one business. SaaS is one product sold to many customers, usually on a monthly subscription. That means sign-up, separate data for each customer, plans and billing, and far more attention to reliability.
Can you build an MVP first?
Yes, and we usually recommend it. An MVP is the smallest version that solves the main problem for real users. It's cheaper to build, and it tells you whether people will pay before you spend on everything else.
How do Pakistani SaaS founders take payments?
It depends on who your customers are. For local customers there are Pakistani gateways and bank transfers. For foreign customers, many international gateways don't onboard Pakistani businesses directly, so we look at the options with you before building billing.
Who owns the code?
Ownership, licences and handover are agreed in writing in the scope before we start, so there are no surprises later.
Do you run the servers after launch?
Yes. A SaaS product is never finished, and someone has to watch the servers, backups and updates. That's the part of the work we're built around.
Got a product idea? Let's find the MVP.
Bring the problem rather than the spec. We'll tell you on a call if a smaller build would do.
