About the Urdu.
Does it speak proper Urdu or Roman Urdu?
It speaks, so there is no script on a call. It talks in natural spoken Pakistani Urdu, the way a receptionist on the phone would. Every call is also saved with a written transcript in your dashboard.
Does it understand callers who mix English and Urdu?
Yes. Most callers say things like "budget", "visit" and "confirm" inside Urdu sentences, and it understands them.
Can it speak Punjabi or Pashto?
Not at the moment. It is set up for Urdu, with English words mixed in. Tell us if most of your callers use another language and we'll tell you honestly whether it can handle them.
Is the voice male or female?

Does it work on my existing number?
