The FBR and AML record, done for you
Property dealers are now DNFBPs, and the law expects a record detailed enough to rebuild any deal: client details, CNIC, amount and date. DealNama keeps that record as you work, flags deals at or above PKR 20 lakh, notes when a CNIC copy is held, and exports any period as one PDF.
Your clients' data stays on your phone
DealNama isn't given internet permission, so it can't send anything anywhere. That's an Android restriction, not just a promise. It works without power or signal, locks with a PIN, and Android's cloud backup is switched off on purpose.

What documents does DealNama make?
Eight: token receipt, bayana agreement, sale agreement (bay-nama), file transfer, installment receipt, handover letter, rent agreement and commission receipt. Each one comes in Urdu and English with your agency letterhead, NTN, signatures and witnesses.
Does DealNama help with FBR and AML records?
Yes. Property dealers are now treated as DNFBPs and must keep transaction records. DealNama keeps the date, document type, both parties, CNIC and amount for every deal, flags deals at or above PKR 20 lakh, and exports the record as one PDF.
Is my clients' data uploaded anywhere?
No. The app isn't given internet permission at all, so it technically can't send data anywhere. Everything stays on your phone, with a PIN lock, and Android's cloud backup is switched off on purpose.
When will it be on Google Play?
DealNama has passed Google's review and is in closed testing, which Google requires for new developer accounts before public release. Until then, the Android app can be downloaded from the DealNama website.
