AI receptionist for clinics ยท Pakistan

The clinic phone, answered every time.

Patients call when they're in pain, often after the counter has closed. Awaaz picks up your clinic's SIM and WhatsApp calls in Urdu, asks what's wrong, books a fixed appointment time and sends it to you on WhatsApp.

Awaaz by OMA Tech Studio is an AI receptionist for Pakistani clinics and dental practices. It answers calls on the clinic's own SIM number and on WhatsApp, in Urdu and English, 24 hours a day, and books appointments into the timings the clinic gives it. Plans start at Rs 15,000 a month for 300 minutes of calls.

What patients ask, and what Awaaz says.

Most clinic calls are the same handful of questions. A receptionist answers them between patients. Awaaz answers them in the first ring, including at 11 at night.

“Doctor sahab kab milenge?”

Gives the doctor's days and OPD timings you've set, then offers a time inside them and books it.

“Fee kitni hai?”

Tells the consultation fee you've written in. If a treatment price isn't in your details, it books a check-up instead of guessing.

“Aaj shaam ka time mil sakta hai?”

Offers a fixed time, like 7 pm today, takes the name and confirms it. No "call tomorrow and we'll see".

“Clinic kahan hai?”

Reads out your address and the nearest landmark, the way your staff would.

“Main doctor se khud baat karna chahta hun”

Doesn't argue. It says the doctor will call back and sends you a red WhatsApp alert with the number.

“Reports kab milengi?”

Answers from what you've told it about report timings, or takes a callback request for the lab.

The doctor sees every booking before the patient arrives.

Each appointment lands on your WhatsApp with the patient's name, number, complaint and time. Undecided callers come through as yellow leads, and anyone who insists on speaking to the doctor comes through in red.

It doesn't give medical advice. If a caller describes something urgent, it tells them to contact the doctor or go to the nearest emergency, and alerts you at once.

  • Answers calls on your existing SIM number and on WhatsApp
  • Every call recorded, with a written transcript in your dashboard
  • Missed calls called back within about 2 minutes
  • Only says what you've given it: your fees, timings and address

How we set it up for a clinic

  1. We take your clinic's details: doctors, days, OPD timings, consultation fees, address and the questions your front desk hears most.
  2. We install it at the clinic on the number patients already call. Nothing changes for them.
  3. Bookings start coming in on WhatsApp and in your dashboard, usually within a few days.

Why missed calls hurt clinics more

A patient with a toothache doesn't leave a voicemail. If nobody picks up, they call the next clinic on Google Maps. The call you missed at 10 pm was probably someone ready to book for the next morning.

Awaaz also calls back missed calls within about 2 minutes and reminds booked patients the day before, so fewer appointments turn into no-shows.

FAQ

Clinic owners ask first.

Does it work on our Jazz, Zong, Ufone or Telenor number?

Yes. It answers the SIM number your patients already call, plus WhatsApp calls on your business WhatsApp. You don't need a new number or a PBX.

Can it book appointments for more than one doctor?

Yes. Give it each doctor's days and timings and it books the caller with the right doctor. You see every booking in the dashboard and on WhatsApp.

Will it give medical advice?

No. It handles timings, fees, location and bookings. For anything medical it books a check-up or passes the caller to the doctor with an urgent alert.

Do patients know they are talking to an AI?

It speaks like a trained receptionist in natural Urdu. Press play above to hear the exact voice your patients will hear, then decide how you'd like it to introduce itself.

What does an AI receptionist for a clinic cost in Pakistan?

Awaaz is Rs 15,000 a month for 300 minutes or Rs 25,000 for 700 minutes, plus a one-time setup of Rs 15,000 to 20,000. See how that compares with a salaried receptionist and other providers.

Are calls recorded?

Every call is recorded with a written transcript and a quality score, so you can check exactly what was said to a patient.

Hear it answer your clinic's calls.

Send us a WhatsApp with your clinic's name. We'll set up a demo with your timings and fees so you can call it yourself.
