AI receptionist for real estate ยท Pakistan
Every plot enquiry answered, even at midnight.
Your ads run all day, and buyers call after work, on Sundays and during Friday prayers. Awaaz answers your SIM and WhatsApp calls in Urdu, asks size, society and budget, books a fixed site visit and sends the lead to your WhatsApp.
Sample call recreated with Awaaz's real voice. The business name is a placeholder.
Awaaz by OMA Tech Studio is an AI receptionist for Pakistani real estate agencies and property dealers. It answers calls on the agency's own SIM number and on WhatsApp, in Urdu and English, 24 hours a day, asks the buyer's plot size, society and budget, and books a site visit. Plans start at Rs 15,000 a month for 300 minutes of calls.
What buyers ask, and what Awaaz does.
Property calls follow a pattern: size, area, budget, rate, visit. Awaaz asks one question at a time, the way your best dealer would, and never promises a rate you haven't given it.
“5 marla plot chahiye, kya available hai?”
Asks which society and budget, then offers a visit to see the files that match, instead of reading out a list on the phone.
“Rate kya chal raha hai?”
Rates change daily, so it doesn't quote one unless you've set it. It books a visit where your team shows current rates.
“Installments pe mil jayega?”
Answers from the plans you've written in, or notes the question so your dealer covers it on the visit.
“Kal site dekh sakte hain?”
Offers a fixed time, like 4:30 pm tomorrow, takes the name and confirms it.
“File transfer ka kya process hai?”
Explains it only if you've added it. Otherwise it books a callback from your team.
“Mujhe owner se baat karni hai”
Says you'll call back shortly and sends you a red WhatsApp alert with the caller's number and what they want.

The lead reaches you before the call ends.
Each enquiry arrives on your WhatsApp with the buyer's name, number, size, society, budget and visit time. Serious buyers are green, people still deciding are yellow, and anyone asking for the owner is red.
On the Pro plan, undecided callers get a polite follow-up call later, so the "I'll think about it" leads from your Facebook ads don't just go cold.
- Answers calls on your existing SIM number and on WhatsApp
- Every call recorded, with a written transcript in your dashboard
- Missed calls called back within about 2 minutes
- Only says what you've given it: your fees, timings and address
How we set it up for an agency
- We take your inventory basics: societies you deal in, plot sizes, payment plans, office timings, address and the questions buyers ask most.
- We install it at your office on the number printed on your ads and boards. Buyers keep calling the same number.
- Leads start coming in on WhatsApp and in your dashboard, usually within a few days.
Why agencies lose leads they paid for
A buyer who sees your Facebook ad usually calls two or three dealers the same evening. The one who answers first and books a visit gets the deal. If your phone is off after 8 pm, that lead has already gone.
Awaaz calls back missed calls within about 2 minutes and reminds booked buyers the day before their visit.
FAQ
Agency owners ask first.
Does it work on the number on our ads?
Yes. It answers the Jazz, Zong, Ufone or Telenor SIM you already use, plus WhatsApp calls on your business WhatsApp. No new number and no PBX.
Will it quote plot rates?
Only rates you've given it. Most agencies prefer it to book a visit and let a dealer share today's rate, and that's how we set it up by default.
Can it handle calls for more than one society or project?
Yes. Give it each society or project with its sizes and plans, and it asks the caller which one they mean before booking.
What happens with callers who just want to know the rate?
It takes their name, size and budget, offers a visit, and if they decline it saves them as a yellow lead and follows up later.
What does an AI receptionist cost for a real estate agency in Pakistan?
Awaaz is Rs 15,000 a month for 300 minutes or Rs 25,000 for 700 minutes, plus a one-time setup of Rs 15,000 to 20,000. See how that compares with hiring someone.
Can I listen to the calls?
Every call is recorded with a written transcript and a quality score, so you can check what each buyer asked.
