Projects

Quotes

We talk through your project on a call first. After that, we send you a quote in writing with the scope and the price.

Changes to the scope

If you want something that isn't in the agreed scope, we'll price it and tell you before we build it. We won't add work to your bill without your go-ahead.

After launch

You get 30 days of free fixes after launch. If something we built doesn't work as agreed in that time, we fix it at no charge.

New features, or changes after those 30 days, are quoted separately.

Awaaz subscriptions

Billing and notice

Awaaz is billed month to month. To stop, give us 30 days' notice.

Minutes beyond your plan are charged at Rs 25 a minute.

What the AI says

Awaaz only answers from the business details you give us, such as your services, prices, timings and location. It's your job to keep those details correct and tell us when they change.

Telling callers about recording

Awaaz records and transcribes calls. Where the law requires it, you're responsible for telling your callers that calls may be recorded.

How we handle caller data is explained in our privacy policy.

Limits on our liability

For Awaaz and other subscriptions, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last month. For projects, it's limited to the project fee.

We aren't liable for losses caused by things outside our control, such as outages at phone networks, WhatsApp, hosting or other third-party services.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute goes to the courts in Lahore.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
