Apps we've shipped ourselves
Most studios show you apps they built for someone else and can't talk about. We can show you our own. Invoe is an invoicing app that's live on Google Play. DealNama makes property documents for Pakistani dealers in Urdu and English, and it's in Google's closed testing before public launch. KidsMonitor is a two-app family safety system we're building now.
Running our own apps means we've dealt with everything a client app will hit: Play App Signing, developer verification, target SDK deadlines, data safety forms and the review queue.

How we build it
We use Flutter, so the same code can later run on iPhone. When an app needs a backend, we use Firebase for real-time features or our own server with MySQL for business data. PDFs, signatures, notifications and payments are built in, not bolted on.

What drives the cost
Instead of a made-up package price, here's what actually moves the number:
- Screens and flows. A 6-screen tool costs far less than a 30-screen marketplace.
- Logins and a server. An app that only works on the phone is cheaper than one that syncs to a backend.
- Integrations. Payments, SMS, maps and third-party APIs each add work.
- Store fees. Google Play is a one-time USD 25. Apple's developer program is USD 99 a year.
- Upkeep. Android releases a new version every year and Google Play enforces new rules. Budget for it.

Questions people ask first.
How much does app development cost in Pakistan?
It depends mostly on the number of screens, whether the app needs its own server and logins, and how many third-party services it talks to. We give you a written price for your scope after a call. On top of the build, Google charges a one-time USD 25 to open a Play developer account, and Apple charges USD 99 a year.
Do you build Android and iPhone apps?
We build in Flutter, so one codebase can run on both. Our published apps are on Android, which is where most Pakistani users are, and that's where we usually recommend starting.
Will you publish the app on Google Play for me?
Yes. We handle the Play Console listing, screenshots, privacy policy, closed testing and the release track. We've been through Google's current rules for new developer accounts with our own apps, including the closed test with 12 testers for 14 days.
Does the app work without internet?
It can. Invoe and DealNama both work fully offline and keep data on the phone. Whether yours should depends on what it does, and we decide that in the written scope.
Who looks after the app after launch?
We do, if you want. Android updates, Play policy changes and new phone models all need attention. The first 30 days of fixes are free, then there's a monthly plan.
