You get the lead before the call even ends
Every enquiry lands on your WhatsApp with the caller's name, number, what they want and when they're coming. Bookings in green, new leads in yellow, and a red alert when someone wants to talk to you personally.
Everything is also in your dashboard, on your phone or computer: every call recorded with a transcript, a quality score for each conversation, upcoming callbacks and a monthly report.

What Awaaz does on every call
- Answers SIM and WhatsApp calls on your existing number.
- Asks one question at a time, the way a good receptionist would: what they need, budget or class, and a name.
- Books a fixed time for the visit or appointment, not "sometime tomorrow".
- Handles "I'll think about it" politely, then calls back later to follow up.
- Reminds booked customers the day before, so fewer no-shows.
- Remembers returning callers and picks up where the last conversation left off.
- Only says what you've told it. If a price isn't in your details, it won't invent one.
How we set it up
- We learn your business: services, prices, timings, address and the questions customers ask most.
- We install it at your office on your business number. Your customers don't change anything.
- You start getting leads on WhatsApp and in your dashboard, usually within a few days.

FAQ
About Awaaz.
Does it really speak Urdu?
Yes. Awaaz talks with callers in natural Pakistani Urdu, the way a receptionist on the phone would, and understands callers who mix in English words. Press play on the sample calls above to hear the same voice your callers will hear.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. It answers on your existing business number. We set it up at your office and your customers keep calling the number they already have.
What if a caller wants to speak to me?
The AI doesn't argue. It tells the caller you'll call back within 5 minutes and sends you an urgent WhatsApp alert with their name, number and what they need.
Will it make up prices or promises?
No. It only says what you've written in your business details: prices, timings, address and answers to common questions. If something isn't there, it books a visit or a callback instead of guessing.
Can I hear the calls?
Yes. Every call is recorded with a full transcript in your dashboard, and each call gets a quality score so you can see exactly how the AI handled it.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
Extra talk time is billed at Rs 25 a minute. We tell you before you get close, and you can move to a bigger plan at any time.
Is there a contract?
No long contract. It's month to month, and you can stop with 30 days' notice.
