AI receptionist for salons ยท Pakistan

Your hands are busy. Awaaz takes the call.

When every stylist is halfway through a blow-dry or a bridal look, nobody can pick up the phone. Awaaz answers your salon's SIM and WhatsApp calls in Urdu, tells callers your rates and timings, books a fixed slot and sends it to you on WhatsApp.

We haven't recorded a salon sample yet, so this is our clinic sample in Awaaz's real voice. A salon call follows the same steps: ask what's needed, offer a fixed time, take the name, confirm.

Awaaz by OMA Tech Studio is an AI receptionist for Pakistani beauty salons, bridal parlours, spas and barber shops. It answers calls on the salon's own SIM number and on WhatsApp, in Urdu and English, 24 hours a day, and books services into the timings the salon gives it. Plans start at Rs 20,000 a month for 300 minutes of calls.

What clients ask, and what Awaaz says.

Salon calls come in while everyone is busy with a client. They're mostly the same few questions, and each one can turn into a booking if someone answers it.

“Bridal makeup ki booking karni hai, advance kitna hai?”

Asks the wedding date and the function, barat, walima or mehndi. Then it shares the bridal rates and advance amount you've set and books a trial or a visit.

“Haircut aur facial ke rates kya hain?”

Reads out the rate list you've given it. If a service isn't on the list, it doesn't guess a price. It books a consultation or takes a callback request.

“Aaj shaam ko time mil jayega?”

Checks the timings you set for today and offers a fixed slot, like 6:30 pm. Then it takes the name and confirms the booking.

“Home service hai, ya parlour aana parega?”

Answers from your details: which areas you cover and the extra charge. If you don't do home visits, it gives your address and nearest landmark instead.

“Staff sirf female hai? Mujhe Sadia se hi karwana hai”

Confirms a ladies-only staff if that is your policy. It books the stylist the client asks for when she is on duty, or offers her next free slot.

“Kal wali appointment cancel karni hai”

Cancels or moves the booking, frees the slot for someone else and tells you on WhatsApp, so the chair doesn't sit empty.

Every booking on your phone, before the client walks in.

Each booking lands on your WhatsApp with the client's name, number, service and time. Callers who are still deciding come through as yellow leads, and anyone who wants to speak to you directly comes through in red.

Bridal calls get the most care. A bridal package is often worth more than a week of haircuts, so Awaaz takes the date, function and number of people properly and sends it to you at once. You confirm the date and the advance yourself.

  • Answers calls on your existing SIM number and on WhatsApp
  • Every call recorded, with a written transcript in your dashboard

How we set it up for a salon

  1. We take your salon's details: services and rates, bridal packages and advance, opening hours, stylists and their days, home service areas and address.
  2. We set it up online on the number clients already call or message. Nothing changes for them.
  3. Bookings start coming in on WhatsApp and in your dashboard, usually within a few days.

Why Eid and wedding season need it most

Before Eid and through the wedding months, the phone rings all day and the chairs are full. That's exactly when calls get missed, and a bride who can't get through usually calls the next parlour on Instagram.

Awaaz answers on the first ring, day or night. It calls back missed calls within about 2 minutes and reminds booked clients the day before, so fewer slots go empty. Barber shops, spas and even gyms with a busy front desk can use it the same way.

FAQ

Salon owners ask first.

Does it work on our Jazz, Zong, Ufone or Telenor number?

Yes. It answers the SIM number your clients already call, plus WhatsApp calls on your business WhatsApp. You don't need a new number.

Can it book with a specific stylist?

Yes. Give it each stylist's days and hours and it books the client with the one they ask for, or offers the next free slot. You see every booking on WhatsApp and in the dashboard.

Can it take the bridal advance?

It tells the caller the advance amount and your payment details, if you've added them. It doesn't handle money itself, so you confirm the payment and the date.

Will it give prices for services that are not on our list?

No. It only quotes the rates you've written in. For anything else it books a consultation or sends you a callback request.

What does an AI receptionist for a salon cost in Pakistan?

Awaaz is Rs 20,000 a month for 300 minutes or Rs 30,000 for 700 minutes, plus a one-time setup of Rs 15,000 to 20,000. See how that compares with a salaried receptionist.

Can we switch plans for Eid and wedding season?

Yes. Plans are month to month, so you can move to Pro for the busy months and back to Starter afterwards.

Hear it answer your salon's calls.

Send us a WhatsApp with your salon's name. We'll set up a demo with your services and timings so you can call it yourself.
